I have been in love with stories my entire life. It wasn't until I took a storytelling class at the University of Kentucky, while working on my Master's Degree, that I became hooked. Since then I have been telling stories to children and adults in many venues. Retiring from my position as a teacher-librarian in 2012, I decided it was time to follow my dream of becoming a professional storyteller.
For 41 years, I've lived in the small but charming town of Basin, Wyoming, but recently moved to Dayton, Wyoming, to be closer to grandchildren.
I enjoy organizing events to showcase other local storytellers, givng them the opportunity to perform the stories that are close to their hearts.
